Do I need to be a certain pace to be on your team?
Absolutely not. We accept anyone and everyone who wants to be on team Relentless Runners!! We have athletes on our team who are anywhere from 6+ hour marathoners to sub 3 hour marathons. YOU ARE WELCOME!
Do I need to be training for a race to join?
Nope! We have a good balance of athletes who are training for races and others who love having a coach for personal growth, accountability, and community.
Do I need to end coaching after my goal race?
Of course not! Most of our athletes stay on year round and work with their coach through their race season and then their off season. There’s a lot you can do during the different phases of the year!
Is there a minimum committment?
Yes. We are strict on a 6 month minimum and ask this of all the athletes who sign up. Once you hit the 6 month mark you are able to cancel, pause, and go to more of a month-to-month basis. All payments are monthly, no upfront 6 month payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
After you have hit the 6 month minimum and you decide you’d like to cancel or pause your coaching, we ask that you first communicate with your coach letting them know. Then you and your coach can send an email to info@relentlessrunners.com letting us know and we will take care of the billing. We require a 30 day notice before your next payment is withdrawn.
Can I select my coach?
Possibly. It depends on a few things. Some of our coach’s benches are closed and are not accepting new athletes. Some are so it depends on the timing. We do our best to pair you with the coach we think would be the best fit but always do our best to match you with your preference.
