Meet Coach Kristy, our team’s official registered dietician! We know how much nutrition is tied to performance in running and every day life. The goal with our two nutrition offerings (available to our RR athletes only) is to help our athletes learn how to be in tune with their body cues and truly learn how to build their meals/plates based on appetite, training load, and needs… in turn helping them crush their goals feeling good!
These nutrition offerings are one of our Add-Ons. When you sign up to join our team, your coach can provide a discount code to go through a nutrition course. This is not included in the monthly rate for 1:1 run coaching.

This is a 3-part series (hosted via live Zoom sessions) that will be hosted seasonally leading up to fall and spring races! Coach Kristy will cover the following:

How to fuel your long runs & determine your carb, electrolyte & fluid needs

SELF PACED COURSE: PERSONALIZED RUNNING NUTRITION
After registering athletes will get immediate access to this self-paced video course. After joining, you will get an email to create a username and password for Practice Better where the video course is hosted through. This course is ideal for the athlete who:
Is training for an upcoming race: 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, ultra
Feel lost when it comes to their nutrition as a runner
