You’ve tried standard plans off Google before, maybe you’ve self-coached, maybe you’ve even purchased a custom plan before. But there was always something missing, something deeper.

Maybe you’ve hit a plateau and just can’t seem to break that PR. You are tired of trying to find training answers online or through social media and you are unsure what’s best for YOU.

WE OFFER 2 LEVELS OF 1:1 RUN COACHING


FULLY EMBODIED RUNNER

Our most popular 1:1 run coaching option and this is the most inclusive plan. Majority of our athletes follow this level.

What’s included?

  • Fully customized plan delivered in a free account on VDOT

  • 2x/week check-ins (A LOT of accountability)!

  • Unlimited texting / emailing (24 hour response time for texting)

  • Unlimited schedule adjustments

  • Monthly 1:1 video checkin calls

  • Monthly team coaching calls (including all the athletes and coaches, and we teach you something)!

  • Social media free platform for all athletes to connect and support each other. A large but tight-knit community!

  • Strength training program (created by our strength and conditioning coach) is included, in our own app, with video demonstrations! You also have the ability to connect with our strength coach.

  • Access to Bump Runner (for free) If needed. This Is a pregnancy and postpartum program created by Coach Christine, who Is a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist.

  • Opportunity to learn from our partnered dietician who teaches you how to fuel properly to support your day to day running along with race day fueling strategies (add-on).

  • Bi-annual mindset series with Dr Justin Ross, is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in human performance psychology (add-on).

  • Access to a variety of discounted sites and products

  • Access to seasonal team gear

  • Minimum 6 month commitment

FIND YOUR MOJO

This program has a little less communication and schedule adjustments and it's a little less hands on, but is still 1:1 coaching!

We recommend this level for the runner who is pretty self-sufficient and doesn't need as much "hand holding" so to speak, but still need a fully customized plan with minimal changes to help them level up with their running and still have their coach next to them along the way.
